Taxonomic remark This is an incorrect subsequent speling in predominant usage. Authors like Neave and Agassiz have considered that Macquart (1834) emended the name, but under the ICZN that usage must be treated as a subsequent spelling. The first author to actually emend Lemtopeza was Bigot (1889), not Scudder (1882). [details]
