Taxonomic remark Previously listed by Vachard & Cózar, 2006 as a synonym of Frustulata (Calcifoliaceae), however as noted by the same authors in their 2010 treatment, the type species Praedonezella tenuissima is now a synonym of Masloviporidium, which is placed in their new family Cuneiphycidae. (however in Table 4 of Vachard & Cózar, 2010, the synonym with Frustulata is still given, apparently in error). [details]
