Taxonomic remark Treated as a fungal group (botanical nomenclature) by Tedersoo et al., 2018 and Wijayawardene et al., 2018, however as protozoan (zoological nomenclature) by Ruggiero et al., 2015 and Index Fungorum (2019 version). Returned to Fungi in IRMNG following Voigt et al., 2021, which treats the parent phylum as a fungal group. [details]
