Taxonomic remark Considered to represent the same taxon as Batioladinium Brideaux, 1975. According to DINOFLAJ3, Necrobroomea had the printed publication date of 25 April 1975 in Geoscience and Man but did not actually appear until July 23rd, 1975 when copies were made available, thus Batioladinium Brideaux 1975 (publication date 15 June 1975 in the Canadian Journal of Botany) has priority when the two taxa are considered the same. [details]
