Taxonomic remark Akiyamae is listed as an original incorrect spelling Index Nominum Genericorum, 2007 who give Akiyamaea as the correct name, however both AlgaeBase (2024) and Index Nominum Algarum use Akiyamae, not Akiyamaea, and no references to the latter form can be located in the literature at the present time.
