Taxonomic remark See Chaetetides Strand 1928. (Nomen. Zool.). Listed as Coelenterata in Nomen. Zool. This usage accepted as valid in World Porifera Database/WoRMS (2023 version), however the name had already appeared (ascribed to "Fischer") in Eichwald's 1829 publication, refer West et al., 2013. According to World Porifera Database, Fischer's work is dated 1830-1837, but a first printing was done on November 29 1829, however still post-dates Eichwald's work. [details]
